HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Our products are not eligible for Return/Exchange
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us at [Our support team] with your order number and details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [7 business days].
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 10 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse for your refund email confirmation to send. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount.
Please note that, depending on your original form of payment method, it can take up to 7 business days for your refunded amount to be credited to your account.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at Customer support and we will take care of the rest.
Express Orders
Express orders takes 48-72 working hours to deliver . If express orders not delivered within promised time , Refund of Express Shipping charges will be done (whatsup us) and in no way refund of complete order will be done.
Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
